Ping / Latency Test

Measure one TCP connection attempt to a public hostname or IP address.

What this result means

This test measures TCP connection latency from our server environment, not ICMP ping from your device.

How this check works

A reachable TCP connection does not prove that the remote service is healthy. Refused, timed-out, and unavailable results can reflect firewalls, routing, access controls, or service configuration.

What to do next

Check the target port or inspect the resolved IP for more context.
