Feedback and careful corrections help keep a network-information site useful. A public contact address has not yet been published. The site owner should add one before production launch if direct inquiries are required. This page does not provide a contact form, and submitting a tool query does not send a message to the site owner.

Reasons to get in touch

Once a public contact method is available, it can be used for general feedback, content corrections, bug reports, privacy or security concerns, abuse or misuse reports, and partnership or affiliate inquiries. It is also the right channel for questions about the scope of a provider-backed result or a public data source used by a tool.

A useful bug report identifies the page or tool, the time it was tested, the browser and operating system, the expected result, and the result actually shown. Screenshots can help, but please avoid including passwords, account details, private internal addresses, or any information you would not want to share. For a browser privacy test, say whether a VPN, proxy, or enterprise network was active; those details often change the interpretation.

IP and network information corrections

IP geolocation, ASN ownership, network names, and privacy classifications can vary by provider and can change as networks are reassigned. The site can review a display issue, but it cannot independently rewrite a third-party provider's underlying database. Where a correction concerns the source data itself, the network owner or the relevant data provider may need to handle it. A report is most helpful when it includes the public IP or domain at issue, the field that appears incorrect, and a public source that supports the correction.

Responsible reporting

If you believe a page has a security issue, avoid publishing exploit details or attempting to access systems you do not own. Keep the report limited to the observed behavior and the minimum information needed to reproduce it. The same applies to misuse reports: describe the page, time, and publicly observable issue without sharing unnecessary personal data.
